May provide direct customer support for complicated or critical issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Customer Service Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Customer Service Representative (Onboarding Team)
Wilmington, DE (Onsite)
Monday - Friday, 9am- 6pm
This role will be focused on and responsible for onboardings for multiple corporate services, including, but not limited to;
company registration, registered agent, annual report, and dissolution. You will also be responsible for retrieving information from cases in Salesforce for review, reaching out for missing or conflicting information, and order placement / set-up.
Working with sales, customer service, and fulfillment teams to transition new customers successfully and seamlessly into CSC or help grow our existing customers’ portfolios.
