The Position

Do you enjoy shopping, talking on the phone, meeting new people from all over the world? Why not combine all three as a Customer Service Representative at The Vermont Country Store. In your role, you’ll assist our customers with shopping on our website or within our catalog, place orders for them and suggest products they may have missed.

A Sampling of What You’ll Do

• Answer customer phone calls to assist with order taking, troubleshooting, and customer questions
• Become increasingly familiar with products offered by The Vermont Country Store
• Build relationships and engage customers during phone call
• Maintain flexibility in accepting assignments and direction, each of which can change to meet the needs of the business at any time

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be a Vermont Resident
• Must have an internet speed of at least 30mbps for remote work
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
• Ability to learn new computer programs
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
