The UPS Store - South Fargo

Seeking 3 outgoing individuals for various shifts between 11am and 7 pm Monday-Friday with 1-2 mandatory Saturday shifts per month (10 am-3 pm). We will work around school schedules. Approx. 25 hours per week with more hours available if needed/wanted.

• Deliver world-class customer service to all customers. Exhibit confidence by knowing best practices as related to the industry. Expertly advise our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options.
• Receive and process packages for shipment, operate copiers, fax machine, binding equipment, laminating machine, cash register and much more.
• Retail sales experience preferred, will train. Must have strong computer and internet skills, ability to lift 50 pounds, a friendly, outgoing and genuinely helpful demeanor, a professional appearance, and will be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
• Receive and prepare documents for printing.
• You would be working for a local small business franchise, not for UPS.
