The Ups Store in Bourbonnais, IL is looking for one customer service to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 1511 N Convent St Suite 700. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. Must be flexible with hours. We are open 8am-630pm M-F, 9am-230pm Sat, and 10am-3pm on Sunday. It may be a rotating schedule from mornings, afternoons and early evenings. Basic computer skills and customer service experience a plus!
Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist Customers in preparing their orders *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications-
*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers
