Our agency team is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding agency team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in-office. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, handling renewing business and answer any questions our clients may have. The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates.
