Job Overview

Come work at Dakota Plains Credit Union. We are looking to hire an experienced Operations Assistant to help us keep growing. This position can work in any of our three branch offices: Edgeley, Ellendale, or Enderlin, ND. There is an option to work in a remote office in Aberdeen, SD as well.

Responsibilities for Operations Assistant

• Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
• Working with other departments and branches to complete routine processes
• Monitoring performance standards
• Promotion of credit union products
• Assist with member inquires
• Provide support to other credit union staff
• Perform end-of-month processing.
• Compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments

Qualifications for Operations Assistant

• Candidate must be able to multitask and be a self-starter
• Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and comfortable with computer use.
• Experience in a business work environment preferred
• Must be proficient with computers and be a problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An eye for attention to detail
• Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
