RL Carriers has an immediate need for Collections Credit Analyst at our Wilmington, OH Service Center office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Review multiple billing queues to determine credit, authorize collect shipments and identify necessary billing changes.
- Coordinate necessary billing changes with Corrections.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts for resolution assistance as needed.
- Taking driver and customer calls
- Taking credit card payments
- Answering phones
- Other Duties as assigned.
