People of color are strongly urged to apply.    About this position: Director of Annual Giving_Fundraising The Director of Annual Giving is responsible for overseeing all one-to-many annual fundraising from individuals including direct response, events, mid-level giving, staff giving, and stewardship. They will work with the Office of the President (OPP), Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates (PPAA), Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), as well as with other staff members throughout the organization on one-off and ongoing projects. They will provide strategic and comprehensive management of all annual giving projects. Compensation: PPGNHAIK's compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency.  Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's directly applicable experience and internal equity within the pay grade. The pay range is $97K to $163K, paid (annually).   What you’ll be doing: In partnership with the CDO, the DAG is responsible for directing strategies that ensure effective cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for low-dollar and mid-level individual donors.  Major responsibilities include: Develop and supervise the execution of all annual giving activities for low-dollar and mid-level donors. Oversee annual campaign solicitations, including but not limited to overseeing the creation of appeal materials and donor segmentation. Oversee the donor stewardship program and stewardship efforts across the development team. Oversee the events program and the strategy for using events for cultivation, fundraising, and stewardship for both c3 and c4 events. Coordinate annual fundraising for both c3 and c4 entities. Analyze performance of annual campaign appeals and adjust strategies as needed. Oversees coordination between Annual Giving and Philanthropy teams to identify top prospects and ensure pipeline of donors. Develop and manage annual budget for annual giving programs. Work with the CDO and Annual Giving team to set realistic monthly revenue goals and ensure tracking of progress to goals. Ensure compliance with donor data and solicitation best practices, including adhering to NPS and PPOL agreements and other standards required for affiliation. Supervise staff including Annual Campaign Manager, Events and Engagement Coordinator, and the Donor Stewardship Officer, as well as other annual giving support staff. Maintain relationships and negotiate contracts with key vendors for annual giving. Attend fundraising events. Work collaboratively to create and manage the Annual Giving Team’s goals and strategies.  Analyze effectiveness of key performance indicators and recommend revisions as necessary. Collaborate with other department leaders and across the organization to ensure effective annual giving program delivery.   Skills: Ability to work effectively in teams and across organizational lines Strong attention to detail Well-developed leadership, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Supervisory Responsibilities: The DAG will manage the following three (3) positions: Annual Campaign Manager; this position manages the Donor Relations Coordinator and the Annual Giving Officer Events and Engagement Coordinator Donor Stewardship Officer   Education: BA/BS in related field preferred   Experience: Six to eight years relevant fundraising experience in planning and implementing annual giving programs Raiser’s Edge experience highly preferred Supervisory experience Project management experience preferred   License: None required.   Certification: None required.
