ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Independently coordinates and manages the contract execution process, from receipt of the contract request through supplier signature, including contract entry and administration in our Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management system. Interfaces with internal and external business partners and Kura legal department. Performs review and quality check of contract requests, gathers additional required information from internal business partner. Chooses and populates appropriate templates, performs contract negotiations, manages redlines and version control of draft contracts. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures in processing contract requests and engages appropriate support as needed. Types of contracts the Contracts Manager, Supplier Contracts will process include (but are not limited to) Master Services Agreements and corresponding Work Orders and Change Orders, Material Transfer Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Sponsored Research Agreements, certain licensing and software agreements and other general related agreements.
