Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst jobs in New Hampshire

Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.     St. Mary's Bank is looking to fill a Member Contact Center Representative Position.

    While demonstrating organizational excellence, this position will provide "best-in-market" service to members on deposit and loan productions/services via face to face and/or over the phone.

    • Achieving deposit and loan production goals as measured by sales reports;
    • Maintaining loan and deposit account relationships be meeting and exceeding member expectations as measured in member feedback and satisfaction surveys;
    • Processing transactions while adhering to balancing guidelines as measured by production reports;
    • Providing guidance to Electronic Banking Products & Services (i.e., Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, etc.) as measured by observation, member feedback and call recordings;
    • Ensuring compliance by completing work accurately as measured by events reporting.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent required
    • One year experience as a customer service representative with a financial institution
    • Knowledge of deposit and loan products to include proven track record in consumer loan origination, sales and member service
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate via telephone by speaking professionally at all times
    • Computer proficiency to include bank systems, word-processing, spreadsheets and data base software
    • Microsoft experience preferred
    • Must be able to remain sitting for extended periods of time
