- Audit call quality results and accurately score and report findings, against company standards and expectations.
- Analyze quality data and create reports on results. Present reports and findings to the Dealership and Corporate Leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school graduate or equivalent required, college degree strongly preferred.
- Computer proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office, Google, and Zoom
- Ability to audit objectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to maintain a strict standard of confidentiality
- Have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
