Consumer Loan Collector contacts customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their loans and obtains payments, commitment agreements or establishes a repayment plan. Follows set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solution. Being a Consumer Loan Collector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Consumer Loan Collector may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. The estimated salary range for this position is $23.00 HR to $25.50 HR. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
