Position Summary
Supervise, direct, and coordinate all cash collection activities for the enterprise for institutional loans, private loans, cash payment plan collections, past-due account collections for all inactive student accounts.
Serve as the liaison to institutional loan servicers and third party collection agencies in managing accounts. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in regards to collection activities.
