About the Position:

Meet with customers on an appointment basis (2-3/day avg)

Not high pressure sales

• Paid onboarding training program with bonuses (no construction or sales experience required)
• 100% commission AFTER training ramp period (no base).
• Robust commission structure with bonus opportunities
• Weekly in-house training and sales team support
• Technology package, including CRM and additional software
• Full-time office staff including company controller, human resources, marketing department and call center

SCHEDULE:

5 days on, with a rotating 6th day

(Likely Tuesday-Saturday, rotating Sundays, always having Monday's off)

No sales experience necessary, individuals with sales experience are encouraged to apply... Door knocking experience a plus (not a requirement)
