Computer Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of an organization's computer operations. Implements department policies and procedures to effectively operate and maintain computer systems and peripherals. PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Oversee, coordinate and ensure execution of end-to-end NPI process. Drive cross-functional team to ensure customer approval on NPI test racks in defined timeline. Ensure successful launch of NPI models to MP with proper documentation and training. Manage communication between corporate, customer and site to validate all necessary items and data for NPI are available prior to NPI builds. Drive NPI process continuous improvement plan with onsite team and corporate.
