Implements department policies and procedures to effectively operate and maintain computer systems and peripherals. Continuously monitors the efficacy of computer operations, backup processes, system monitors, and server availability to ensure operation goals are met. Location: Morrisville, NC (hybrid remote)
Duration: 12 months contract, with ability to go long term
Overview:
As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing an established book of accounts from our member purchase programs (MPP), Employee Purchase Program (EPP) and our corporate employee purchase programs (CEPP). You will be responsible for working closely with the accounts to develop a marketing plan driving both visits and revenue through the affinity program. The success of this role will be measured on driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be engaged with several extended teams to drive the best customer experience and must be able to work proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment to meet aggressive targets.
