8 years of project and program management experience with all phases in the full lifecycle for multiple projects in a portfolio in a global enterprise with cross-functional teams distributed across global locations.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in the written form) in a collaborative and self-directed manner with project and program team members/stakeholders in developing and maintaining appropriate project and program artifacts (e.g. dashboards, status report, stakeholder register, communication plan).
Ability to quickly establish and maintain relationships with diverse set of stakeholders to ensure valid vision and ability to delivery value consistent with the vision and business strategy this project is a part of.
Ability to facilitate daily project meetings, workshops, and troubleshooting sessions with cross-functional teams along with overcoming multiple obstacles simultaneously.
Ability to add relevant value to client business by utilizing applicable Agile industry best practices and client standards for project, program and portfolio management.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Information technology project experience at scale including software development, transitioning to public cloud with high security governance, over 30 globally distributed employee and third-party people, and total costs in the $5 million to $10 million range.
Financial services industry experience adhering to compliance and governance requirements.
PMP or equivalent certification.
4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
