Overview: Ace Compliance Consulting is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Success Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.

The ideal candidate will focus on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a positive client experience to drive long-term engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Client Success Planning:

• Work with clients to understand their goals and develop customized success plans.
• Identify opportunities for clients to leverage Ace Compliance Consulting’s services to achieve their objectives.
• Monitor client progress and provide proactive support to help them meet their goals.

3. Solution Delivery:

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of consulting services and products.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of services and tools.

4. Feedback and Improvement:

• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate client insights and feedback to internal teams for service enhancement.
• Implement and track improvements based on client feedback.

5. Retention and Upselling:

• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to existing clients.
• Develop strategies to enhance client retention and reduce churn.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiations to maintain client relationships.

Accountabilities:

Client Satisfaction:

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
• Achieve client satisfaction targets and KPIs.

Client Retention:

• Maintain a high client retention rate by delivering exceptional service and value.
• Track and report on retention metrics.

Service Delivery:

• Ensure the successful delivery of all client projects and engagements.
• Meet deadlines and quality standards for all deliverables.

Revenue Growth:

• Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and expanding client engagements.
• Meet or exceed targets for upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Function: The Success Engagement Specialist functions as a client advocate within Ace Compliance Consulting, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from the services provided.

This role requires a deep understanding of the company's offerings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. The Specialist works closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and service delivery teams, to coordinate efforts and provide comprehensive support to clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
