Summary: The Analyst, Pricing and Reporting will join the Pricing team in providing analytical insight to pricing strategies on product offerings and competitive public bids, coordinate communication with Sales, Project Management, and Marketing to achieve these ends, and associated administrative tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains pricing activity reports, databases, pricing formulas, and tables accordingly. Gathers relevant data by working with our sales force to collect bid tabulations; input and manipulate the data to allow for complete analysis and identification of potential pricing issues. Teams with the other Analysts on the Pricing Team to provide clear, concise, and accurate responses to pricing requests. Acts as back up to the other Analysts in their Regions as needed. Prepares financial analysis including competitive pricing options based on competition, market share, costs, and other appropriate metrics. Assists with the deployment of estimating improvements including new software maintenance with the Operations, Supply Chain, and IT departments.
