The Store Manager is a positive, high-energy, ambitious leader and will provide you the opportunity to grow as an individual and team member in the tire and automotive industry. All Store Managers will receive different levels of training including, instructor led courses, e-learning, and on the job training to learn duties, processes and responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Assess customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs
• Meeting and exceeding defined goals and objectives
• Work well in a team environment with a positive attitude
• Expected to handle day to day paperwork of retail operations
• Opening and Closing the store as a part of key carrier duties
• Handle hiring, training, mentoring, employee relations, and terminations for employees
• Write a store schedule for all employees
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, management and customers.
• 18 years of age
• Valid drivers' license
• High School Diploma/GED is required or vocational school certification
• Varying work hours, Mon-Sat, some additional hours outside of Mon-Sat. may be required. Workshop environment, with heavy physical requirements and long periods of standing.
