RealREPP is partnering with a stable and growing commercial real estate owner, developer, operator to assist them in adding a General Manager to their team in Phoenix! This GM will manage a PREMIER mixed-use development and retail center, while mentoring/managing a team and ensuring seamless daily operations!
The General Manager is accountable to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the assigned portfolio, establish and build strong, positive relationships with tenants, colleagues, capital partners, and community partners in order to maximize the owners’ financial return and for the benefit of the tenants, consumers, and the community. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who has prior experience managing retail and mixed-use properties, familiarity working in MRI or a related software, and knowledge of budgeting, reforecasting, and monthly reporting procedures.

- Required: Bachelor’s degree: 7 years’ experience within retail and mixed-use Property Management required
- 7 years’ experience and thorough knowledge of commercial real estate including a broad understanding of finance, leasing, legal, construction, the day-to-day operations of maintenance, security and housekeeping functions, and the tenant relations requirements of managing retail, office, and mixed-use properties
- Basic understanding of accounting and accounting principles
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong customer services and/or customer contact experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Financial analysis skills
- Ability to respond to emergencies at any time
- Preferred: RPA, CPM, CRRP, or CSM designation
