Commercial Loan Servicer and Closer

As our Commercial Loan Servicer and Closer you will manage the loan closing process and servicing for all commercial loans, residential construction, and lot loans while adhering to strict loan closing guidelines. This role requires an individual who is a detail oriented multi-tasker that does well under pressure and can handle multiple deadlines in a short time period. The ideal individual also has a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 5 years of loan servicing experience required
• Minimum of 2 years commercial/construction loan servicing or closing experience preferred
• Accounting experience a plus
• Must be a Nebraska or Iowa notary, or must be able to complete notary testing requirements within 30 days of hire
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products in a proficient manner, including spreadsheet functions. Desktop Publisher background a plus.
• Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate a service orientation.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work with interruptions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing business and consumer lending practices including the TILA and RESPA as collections
