We have an immediate to for a collection representative to join our amazing team. Seeking individuals with commercial collections experience, experience with an ERP system, strong Excel skills and who are eager to learn, Will be responsible for making professional outbound collections calls, reviewing orders and placing credit holds when needed, reconciling short payments and disputes, provide timely follow up on payment arrangements, provide weekly aging reports to management and negotiate payment plans for delinquent accounts.
