    The Data Analyst I will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data from various departments within the organization.       


    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • The position is responsible for developing and managing databases and dashboards, conducting analysis of operational and clinical data, and developing reports and information to be used by management, administrative and/or medical and professional staff.
    • Produce routine reports to stakeholders as per schedule in timely manner.
    • Perform data acquisition in multiple DM research applications.
    • Provides and analyzes the data necessary to support and evaluate existing initiatives.
    • Identifies data inconsistencies and reports to the relevant teams for rectification.
    • Works closely with team and assists them in creating templates and maintain meta data.
    • Monitors, tracks, and evaluates performance measures, identifies data trends, and makes recommendations for improvement initiatives.
    • Other duties as assigned to support team and department productivity.


    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

    Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
    Experience:
    • Minimum one (1) year of experience in data analytics preferably in healthcare or process improvement
    • Minimum one (1) year of professional experience collaborating with customers on the design, creation, and execution of analytics deliverables.

    • N/A
    Knowledge and Skills:
    • Computer software experience including Excel (Pivot tables, google scripts), Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL server queries and BI tools knowledge.
    • Demonstrated record of coaching, training, and directing other analysts
    • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, clinicians, and subject matter experts.
    • Strong communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
    • High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
