Job Description:

All Claims Repairs and Consulting is searching for a talented and driven individual to lead and grow our consulting division. Individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing business relationships will thrive in this role. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, particularly in the restoration repairs and insurance claim repairs space. The Director of Consulting Services role is a perfect role for an experienced consultant who wants to be their own boss and lead a growing service division in a well-capitalized platform.

Duties:

• Hire and assist with recruitment of new staff consultants
• Perform umpire assignments, appraisal assignments, expert witness testimony, and comparative estimates
• Build and foster new relationships with insurance carriers and manage existing relationships
• Manage staff consultants
• Search for and pursue opportunities to provide consulting services following disasters

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active General Contractor’s license
• 5-10 years of construction experience
• 5-10 years of estimating experience
• 5-10 years of experience with umpire assignments and comparative estimates
• 5-10 years of experience with expert witness testimony involving insurance claim disputes
• Previous exposure to residential and commercial property and casualty insurance
