This position reports to the firm’s President. The main objective for this position is to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the President, through the management and prioritization of projects of key personnel as well as directly performing certain client projects. Work experience in software development, medical device industry, an interest in finance / accounting, and sound, logical judgement lead to success in this role.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Directing client projects for The CFO Group’s President;
Direct responsibility for designing and executing some client projects as well as recurring programs;
Responsible for writing various guidance documents for consistency;
Accompany President in meetings related to the above as needed – to best understand and document action items and achieving team deliverables;
Keep President focused on his highest priorities, as needed;
Other projects and objectives as assigned from time-to-time;
DIRECT REPORTS AND ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
No direct reports for this position, though influence over both employee and client personnel via your good work and close workings with the President is envisioned. The initial title of this position, Executive Administrator or Chief of Staff, will depend on your experiences and skill-set;
