Responsibilities
Office Operations:- Coordinate office supply orders to support daily operations
- Manage physical and digital files with precision and organization
- Update the CFO's calendar weekly and monthly
- Ensure program compliance by tracking reporting requirements
- Schedule meetings and accurately document meeting minutes
- Prepare and distribute agenda information for upcoming meetings
- Compile monthly status reports from various sources
- Maintain official documents in appropriate files
- Assist with the hiring process by managing recommendation forms and requisitions
- Verify accuracy of contractor invoices and payroll spreadsheets
- Provide support in the preparation of reports
- Distribute monthly profit and loss reports to department heads
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative or office management experience
- Valid FBI clearance, criminal history check, and child abuse history clearance required
