Take the helm of one of the nation’s premier single-specialty physician groups, Trabecular Management Services and their top rheumatology care center, Arthritis, Rheumatic & Bone Disease Associates (ARBDA), as the new Chief Executive Officer!
The Position- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be a dynamic and engaging leader, serving as a vital resource for staff, providers, and patients. The CEO will provide strategic leadership and direction to drive the continued growth and success of Trabecular Management Services.
- In collaboration with other senior leaders, the CEO will oversee ARBDA’s 120 full-time employees including 17 providers across six locations.
- The CEO will focus on expanding the organization's service lines and improving profitability, surpassing current targets. By concentrating on long-term growth initiatives, the CEO will ensure the organization's stability and future success.
- Ideal candidates will be experienced, business-savvy leaders with a strong background in finance, business development and revenue cycle management. They should be approachable, compassionate, and willing to collaborate with others, maintaining an open-door policy. Excellent communication skills are critical. Previous experience in rheumatology is a plus.
- This leader will be based at the Voorhees location and is expected to visit each of the six sites monthly.
- Master’s degree required; Preferably (MBA).
- Must have a minimum of five years proven experience as a CEO or experience in a senior executive leadership role within a medical practice.

The name of this town, incorporated in 1899, comes from the Governor of New Jersey who was called Foster Macowan Voorhees and who authorized the creation of this township. A large water utility serving 176 communities, with over two million residents in New Jersey, is based out of Voorhees.
