Position Summary:
Professional membership association supporting hearing healthcare professionals, International Hearing Society (IHS), is seeking highly capable, nimble, and motivated association professional who can make significant contributions to the overall success of IHS’ multiple chapters and volunteer opportunities. The Volunteer and Chapter Relations Manager will serve as a member of the Membership Department team coordinating day-to-day functions of the organization’s chapter affairs activities, develop chapter tools and resources, and provide assistance to the organization’s chapters consistent with the strategic goals of IHS. This role will also manage and maintain IHS’ many volunteer opportunities and leadership development activities. This includes, but is not limited to, managing key contacts, assisting members, chapter reporting and stats, marketing to IHS chapter members, identifying and managing volunteer opportunities, engaging members from a variety of backgrounds, and finding ways for interested members to make a meaningful impact on advancing the mission of IHS.
