Title: Change Management Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Alexandria, VA
Hourly Rate: $55.00 - $67.00/hour
Job Type: Contract (1 year)
The Senior Analyst Change Management is responsible for leading and managing the change management process for complex projects. This includes developing and executing change management plans, communicating with stakeholders, and managing resistance to change. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and be able to effectively manage change across an organization.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the change management process for complex projects
- Develop and execute change management plans, communicate with stakeholders, manage resistance to change
- Track and measure the effectiveness of change management
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in change management
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in change management
- Strong understanding of change management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other change management tools
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing and maintaining business process models, and documenting business solutions, The candidate should also have experience in project management and be able to lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including business users, IT staff, and vendors is essential, The ability to think strategically and tactically is also important, should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
