Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a full-time Telephony Analyst. They will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of their Avaya Aura telephony platform and Verint workforce optimization solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of telephony infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Avaya Aura platform, including Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, and associated components.
- Administer Verint systems, including call recording, quality monitoring, and workforce management modules.
- Provide second and third-level support for telephony issues, working to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor system performance, generate reports, and ensure the telephony systems are operating optimally.
- Implement and configure telephony solutions to meet business needs, including adding/removing users, setting up call flows, and configuring system settings.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure systems remain current and secure.
- Work closely with IT, network, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of telephony systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on telephony systems and best practices.
