We are currently looking for a Cash Management Sales Representative to join our Cash Management Services team! This individual will be responsible for selling cash management products and services to new and existing customers, interacting with various personnel to facilitate in the sales of Cash Management Services products. Work Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales of Cash Management Services products and services, such as Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, ACH Origination and the Wire Module, to new and existing customers.
• Interacts with financial services, branch staff, call center, commercial lending, and retail services personnel to facilitate in the sales of Cash Management Services products.
• Provides customer service and training as needed.
• Consults and advises existing and prospective clients on account options including sweeps, ZBAs, ICS and CDARs accounts to best meet their individual needs; Works independently and with bank personnel to review prospect’s account structures, pricing, and product and service needs to make recommendations that enhance the sales process.
• Promotes and refers merchant services as well as the Bank’s commercial credit card offerings.
• Provides training and support to branch staff, business banking, and First County Advisors in order to recognize sales opportunities and provide referrals.
• Works with existing customers to cross sell products, and strengthen and deepen banking relationships.
• Maintains full understanding of products, pricing and applicable system capabilities; should meet and exceed sales goals.
• Performs as a trusted advisor to clients while delivering prompt and courteous customer service; Recognizes customer needs and sales opportunities and refers other Bank related products and services as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Completion of 1 to 2 years of college or equivalent experience, plus 3-5 years’ experience in banking sales and operations preferably with emphasis in banking and/or financial services.
• Must have sales and customer service experience.
• Understanding of and familiarity with, all facets of Cash Management Services required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of banking and branch operations.
• Ability to learn various CMS products and platforms is required.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated sales and customer service skills required.
• Ability to travel within market footprint regularly to meet with prospective and existing clients.

Wage Range: $77,006 - $96,258

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,006.00 - $96,258.00 per year
