Summary:
Under the general direction of the Lead Case Manager, the Assistant Lead Case Manager is primarily responsible for assisting the Lead Case Manager with the oversight and support of case management services in accordance with agency policy, TDFPS Minimum Standards, and ORR policy. The Assistant Lead Case Manager is responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of case management services including the timely submission of reunification packets, service plans/other assessments and completing quality assurance activities. This position is subject to carry a small caseload as needed or for youth that are identified as being high profile or complex cases. This position also conducts initial intake interviews, provides orientation to new admissions and rotates weekend on-call duties and responsibilities with the Intake Specialist. The Assistant Lead Case Manager promotes best practice and facilitates the optimum delivery of quality trauma informed care and case management services to UAC.
