Rockaway Home Care - Immediate Home Care Office Worker Needed

Rockaway Home Care, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Home Care Office Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Office Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing case management services, assisting with payroll setup, documentation, and educating consumers about our consumer directed services program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide case management services to persons with disabilities
• Assist consumers in assessing their needs and resources
• Process consumer and attendant paperwork
• Maintain clear and concise records including notes of all contacts
• Provide training for consumers on how to utilize the CDS program
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational aptitude and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Microsoft Office skills
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required
