The role…

Responsible for leading production planning, systems, and distribution network to drive cost savings and support sales growth in the region. As a Senior Management Team member, analyze and prioritize critical business challenges and related Supply Chain implications.

How you’ll make an impact…

• Develop annual budgets for, focusing on personnel and inventory levels
• Coordinate production schedules, optimizing production performance while meeting customer needs.
• Collaborate with site leaders, sales, and peers to determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed for production.
• Provide guidance and tools for Production Planners to develop schedules based on customer demand.
• Implement company policies on production scheduling to ensure compliance with global standards.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to set annual inventory levels and adjust production plans.

What do you bring…

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years experience in production planning leadership.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
