Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Higer (Post-Graduate Degree a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Non-Profit Senior leadership role
- Proven track record in strategic planning and implementation
- Strong Non-Profit Management skills, with a focus on business development

- Demonstrated ability in project management and process improvement
- Experience in operations management and Fund-raising activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,768.80 - $57,618.34 per year

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
