Business Systems Analysis Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Being a Business Systems Analysis Manager builds test plans and data. Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost. Additionally, Business Systems Analysis Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Systems Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Business Systems Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. About The Role
As a Control Systems Technician, you will focus on equipment troubleshooting and maintaining material handling equipment (MHE) such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply labeling systems, scales, HMI systems, and control cabinets. Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to- Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
- Maintain material handling control systems, industrial, motor control systems, servo and frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems
- Monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and partner with Controls Technicians and Mechanics to resolve equipment electrical problems that create performance deficiencies
- Utilize Operation System Assessment reports to improve material handling system reliability through preventive maintenance tasks completion and identifies deficiency repairs
- Escalate to operations and network support resources for guidance and assistance to restore equipment back to operational mode with minimal downtime impact for Operations
- Communicate technical issues to RME and Amazon Operations Leadership
- Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation

Basic Qualifications- High school or equivalent diploma
- Associate's degree, or 2 years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of systems controls
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience identifying, maintaining, and utilizing SCADA systems and KPI's
- Associate's degree in electronic technology or equivalent
