Business Systems Analysis Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Being a Business Systems Analysis Manager builds test plans and data. Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost. Additionally, Business Systems Analysis Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Systems Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Responsibilities:- Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis functions, integrating budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with Johnny Clean's strategic goals.
- Translate complex business data into digestible, actionable insights for senior management.
- Facilitate planning processes with finance and operations teams, aligning objectives into executable roadmaps.
- Utilize expertise in Excel and data analysis to develop advanced dashboards and reports, monitoring the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Drive project incubation in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
- Analyze monthly P&L forecasts, identifying critical trends and insights to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate across functions, including operations, finance, and marketing, to define and achieve strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain executive communication channels to foster accountability and alignment with strategic goals.
- Cultivate a team culture that emphasizes positive collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, effectively communicating strategic progress and outcomes.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Analysis, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in strategy and analysis, preferably with experience at a top consulting firm.
- Expertise in Excel and general data analysis, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools like Power BI as needed.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data and insights in an accessible manner.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in guiding cross-functional teams and strategic projects.
