We are seeking to fill our Full-time Business Office Manager position. This hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00pm.

We're looking for the highest quality Business Office Professional, to oversee, process, and maintain all appropriate and adequate information in order to bill approved payor sources for services and charges rendered by the facility. Our Business Office Manager will meet and communicate with our customers daily.
Must be able to provide superior Customer Service to our White Oak patients, residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Required experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Long Term Care within a Business Office Professional role
Efficient knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
Productive in Accounts Receivable
Proficient experience with Matrix, RFMS, Navihealth and insurance verifications a plus
The ideal candidate is versatile in business operational goals, caring, flexible and innovative with a strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
