Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Business Intelligence will utilize various tools, technologies, applications and best practices to analyze and present insightful, actionable information. This role oversees data & analytics team efforts to provide reporting, analytics solutions, and data science with the objective of optimizing performance and improving member experience. The role will lead a team of up to approx. 5-8 direct associates and 25 indirect associates.
