Position Summary:
The Director of Business Intelligence at Sperry Rail will oversee the development, implementation, and management of data-driven insights and reporting processes. This role involves managing standard and ad-hoc reporting, setting up and maintaining customer portals, integrating financial reporting with our X3 ERP system, and conducting logistic reporting for our dispersed field service workforce. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for assessing resources in talent and tools to scale the BI function for future growth.
