Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Leverage a solid working knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry, particularly in the realm of customer insights, to inform strategic decision-making. Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to guide and develop team members, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with company objectives. **Experience and Qualifications** High School Diploma/GED is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred; related work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement. Category Management Certification is preferred. 5-8 years of related work experience in business intelligence, category management, or a related field. 1-3 years of management experience, demonstrating leadership and team development skills. Proficiency in utilizing Retail Link/Luminate platforms for data analysis and reporting.
