The Business Development Manager is a goal-oriented, highly motivated person with strong sales ability. The BDM demonstrates an out of the box mentality and brings a desire to hunt. The BDM is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue by generating new business to the company. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new client opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships.
Job responsibilities include promoting the company's services, addressing or predicting client goals, keeping good and thorough records of sales, revenue, and invoices, provide after-sales support, arrange meetings with prospective clients, developing a business growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the BDM is able to train and develop entry-level employees into strong salespeople.
Salary is base $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience, plus weekly commission (uncapped!), gas and cell allowance. First year annual compensation expected to range between $80,000 and $100,000.
