May manage activities through subordinate supervisors. Being a Business Development Manager - Biotech requires an MBA and at least 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Business Development Manager - Biotech relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.     A day in the life.

    As our Client Manager on the Business Insurance team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with service and risk management needs and managing relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. You’ll serve as the client contact to answer questions, resolve billing issues, make policy changes, responding to clients in a timely and professional manner.

    We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

    • Minimum of Ten (10) years Business Insurance experience
    • Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR, CIC) and/or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages
    • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

    These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

    • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
