The Network Manager is responsible for the provisioning and on-going management, support, administration, and life-cycle management of the network and IT infrastructure at remote sites. This includes ISP networks, wireless networks, LAN switching and routing, cabling, and associated equipment. Keep an accurate inventory of all equipment at each site. Perform regular assessments on a rolling basis of all sites to identify, mitigate, and/or rectify any performance or technical issues. Forecast and plan for required upgrades, repairs, capacity growth, and changes to IT infrastructure. Collaborate frequently with Real Estate and Operations management to maintain situational awareness and gain consensus on IT planning at all sites. Additional responsibilities include ISP vendor management.
