Branch Management Trainee jobs in Florida
Branch Management Trainee participates in a banking management training program designed to provide on-the-job experiential training in the daily operations of a retail branch office. Assists with routine branch opening, closing, customer service, and contributes to other operational tasks and activities. Being a Branch Management Trainee training incorporates multiple areas of banking, including sales, lending, systems operations, staff administration, and business development. Develops broad knowledge and understanding of bank products and policies. Additionally, Branch Management Trainee requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Within 2 years our (MT) candidates undergo an adventurous, extensive, real-word training curriculum which will equip them with the tools and abilities to confidently lead his/her own multi-million dollar Greentech Renewables location.
The MT candidate’s adventure begins in the warehouse.
Once They Understand The Core Function Of Solar Distribution And Familiarize Themselves With The Necessary Equipment It Takes To Complete a Solar Installation, They Will Move On To The Next Rotations

Throughout the program, trainees will attend multiple classes in solar, electrical products, sales and management. Classes are held throughout the country and facilitated by GTR and its company partners.

- Must be a self-starter who can handle a heavy volume of work
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Some travel required
Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.
