The Energy Analytics Manager will lead a team of analysts and support leading-edge decision analysis for Ascend SmartBidder customers operating storage and renewable assets in wholesale power markets. You will help clients understand power market dynamics and partner with them to develop bidding strategies that best respond to evolving market conditions while delineating and aligning to their desired risk-return profile. You will independently lead analysis to provide deeper insight into market participation, market rules, and more to help drive differentiated performance for our customers.
You will help develop and mentor a team that independently and proactively identifies opportunities for analytical insight, coaching them through the analysis and refinement of results into client-ready communications, contributing to our culture of ownership and innovation. One must exhibit high levels of leadership and professionalism at all times, including in client engagements.
