The Animal Care Supervisor leads the development and management of the Animal Care staff, ensuring effective cross-departmental collaboration to enhance study efficiency and product quality. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, development, training, hiring, resolving employee issues in collaboration with Human Resources, and acting as the primary contact for all studies. The role demands ensuring compliance with GLP, SOP, protocols, and regulations. Other tasks include leading improvement initiatives and coordinating with other supervisors to maintain essential animal care functions. The position requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, a solid understanding of laboratory operations, and a preferred minimum of 10 years of experience. Special requirements include physical activity, wearing protective gear, and availability for extended work hours. This is an exempt position with Supervisory responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
