Job Description:
Seeking a Billing Clerk to help assist the Accounting Department in a variety of duties including:
Preparation of billing invoices for assigned Partners (i.e., transferring time on files, handling write-ups/downs/off fees and expenses, making edits, and addressing changes).
Distribution of monthly proformas and invoices to billing Partners and firm personnel.
Submission of electronic invoices, as needed, according to client billing guidelines.
Job Requirements:- High School Diploma.
- At least two years of experience in a law firm billing department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong working knowledge of Elite/Enterprise accounting software.
- Previous e-billing experience required; experience with multiple e-billing systems preferred, such as Corridor, Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati, CounselLink, etc.
