How you’ll make a difference Completing all tasks related to warehouse distribution including: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, stocking and other tasks as assigned by Distribution Center leadership Working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment that values teamwork and efficiency Using a variety of order-processing technology to complete daily workloads Learning new skills and applying them within different warehouse departments when needed Partnering with different departments outside of the warehouse, such as sales and technical services, to best serve our riders Completing annual training sessions to remain current in skills, knowledge, and any licensing or certifications What you need to win Comfortability working on your feet, standing and walking in excess of 8 hours/day Fulfilling orders by manually pulling product from shelving up to 6 feet in height, repeated bending and lifting required Equipment and accessories lifting requirement up to 45 lbs. Bike (including e-bikes) lifting requirement up to 88 lbs.
